Hello, I’m Jessica Gomes, founder of Pasgrove Notary Services. My journey as an entrepreneur has been shaped by resilience, service, and a deep commitment to empowering my community through knowledge.

I first entered business ownership before the COVID-19 pandemic, but like many others, I was forced to close my first business during that challenging time. Refusing to let setbacks define me, I launched my notary business in the midst of the pandemic, quickly finding fulfillment in helping people navigate important documents at critical moments in their lives. Around the same time, I entered the insurance industry and began working with over 100 different insurance providers, offering protection solutions to families and small businesses.

Along the way, I fell in love with financial education. Through my notary work, I gained firsthand experience with estate planning documents, which I came to understand as a cornerstone of any solid financial plan. I soon discovered that the notary world and the insurance world were far more interconnected than I originally thought. Both require trust, precision, and an ability to guide clients through decisions that have lifelong consequences.

With my passion for teaching and my desire to share the lessons I had learned, I formed Pasgrove as more than a service provider. It became a mission-driven business: a way to offer trusted notary and insurance solutions while also equipping individuals, families, and entrepreneurs with the education they need to thrive.

Today, through Pasgrove Notary Services, I provide mobile notary work, loan signings, estate planning notarizations, healthcare proxy signings, and apostille services across Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. Clients rely on my professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making the process clear and stress-free.

Beyond notary work, I am the creator and host of several financial literacy programs, including Junior Finance (a youth-focused TV show) and Let’s Go, Let’s Grow! (a community finance show with The Rhode Island Current). I also teach financial literacy in homeschool networks, where I help children and families build confidence with money and planning for the future.
